
About Bianchis Group Catering
Being a part of a big family comes naturally in the Bianchis Group, we are after all an independent family run business.
Cousins Dom and Ben started the business in 2016 opening Pasta Loco, our first restaurant.
Now in 2025 the list of restaurants has grown to Pazzo, Pasta Ripiena, Bianchis and Cotto Wine Bar and Kitchen. And along with more restaurants, more family members have joined the boys to be custodians of our ever growing business.
Back in 2020 we took on a large central kitchen to help supply our restaurants with delicious artisan food made by our skilled team of chefs. Its other purpose was to meet the growing demand for our food and service outside of our restaurant walls.
We have since grown our outside catering portfolio to service small to large events, office delivery, corporate, venue collabs and have the pleasure of supplying our food to near on 100 weddings a year. Not to mention our beautiful big red food truck, Bocca di Bianchi.
At the heart of everything we do is authenticity. We started this business with love and passion for what we do. We have now grown it into a professional organisation that is steered by the same principles.
Meet The Team

Konrad Jaworski
Head Development chef
He's been a part of the team since the early Pasta Loco days. There's nobody who can make fresh bread and pasta like him. Konrad is in charge of our central kitchen and he is our main man when it comes to food development across our group.

Ruth Bolton-Harvey
Head of Weddings
A literal member of the Bianchis family (Married to one of the cousins Joe). Ruth began with Ben and Dom at the very beginning, coming aboard to open Pasta Loco, then supporting with the opening of each restaurant subsiquently. You wouldn't want anyone else looking after your every need when it comes to planning your special day.

Ricardo Dores
Head catering chef
Ricardo is an exceptional chef with loads of experience when it comes to event catering. So whether its a delicious array of anti pasti or a huge 50th sit down dinner party Ricardo is our man who always delivers the best.

Imogen Shingler
Operations Manager
Having joined our ranks during the pandemic at Breaking Bread, Imo, as we know her has gone from strength to strength. Whether its driving the food truck onto a festival site or setting up a pop up food service in a brewery she has a plan for every command.
